Return and Refund Policy

 Any transaction via credit card will be charged an additional 3%. Deposit is required before work begins. The client agrees that each respective trade will be paid upon completion and the balance due and owing shall be payed immediately upon completion of work and the receipt of the invoice. If payment has not been made in full within 10 days after the invoice date all warranties are null and void until the invoice has been paid in full. Any sums not paid within 10 days of completion of the work shall bare interest at the rate of 1.5% per month from the date of the completion of the work (annual percentage rate of 18%) until the balance is paid in full. In the event that the client fails to pay in full the contracted price, the client shall be responsible for all expenses of collection of any unpaid balances, including attorney fees, court costs, and other litigation expenses, incurred by Khaos Cleaning Solutions in collecting the amount due. All work performed by Khaos Cleaning Solutions in addition to this agreement shall be done for an additional charge. Khaos Cleaning Solutions shall not be responsible for delays due to strikes, weather, supply of materials, or any other cause beyond our control. The parties agree that there are no other agreements, verbal or written, that they are understanding and expectations are written in this agreement. They also agree that this contract will not be modified except in writing. The parties have read this agreement thoroughly and understand it and sign it voluntarily. As evidence of this agreement, the parties have signed this agreement on the dates set forth in this contract.
